Corrective Eye Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO insurance, checks, cash and all major credit cards. If you do not have insurance, we also offer special bundled pricing for self-pay patients.

CEC will file insurance forms on your behalf. If you are uncertain about your insurance coverage, simply ask CEC’s Billing Specialist for assistance – we’ll check with your insurance company to determine your coverage.

CEC accepts Medicare/Medicaid assignments, which means we accept Medicare/Medicaid allowable as payment in full for our services [80% covered by Medicare and 20% paid by your secondary insurance or yourself]. By federal law, we have to bill either your secondary insurance provider – AARP, BCBS, Aetna, etc. – or you for the 20% not covered by Medicare.

Please Note: You are responsible for paying all deductibles and co-payments.

If you have any questions or require assistance, please call CEC’s billing department at (216) 325-0348.

Our goal is to provide you with the best eye care possible and we will work with you regarding any financial arrangements necessary for your eye care.
