Meet Dr. Jabbehdari

Dr. Sayena Jabbehdari, M.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., is a retina and uveitis specialist. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Honor Medical Society. She earned Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Master of Business Administration from Baylor University. Dr. Jabbehdari specializes in the diagnosis and management of retina and uveitis diseases, including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders. She also performs cataract surgery. Her clinical and research interests include diseases of the retina, ocular inflammation, retinal imaging, artificial intelligence, and translational ophthalmology. She has authored more than 120 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and is dedicated to advancing patient care, research and innovation in ophthalmology.
