Meet Dr. Nachbor

Dr. Kristine Nachbor is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who cares for a wide range of eye conditions, from cataracts and glaucoma to retinal disease. She is passionate about helping patients understand their eye health and feel confident in their treatment decisions.

Dr. Nachbor earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota, where she was inducted into both Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) for academic excellence and the Gold Humanism Honor Society for compassionate patient care—an uncommon combination of national honors. She completed her ophthalmology training at the University of Michigan.

Before medicine, Dr. Nachbor taught with the Peace Corps and helped take children affected by cancer sailing. Having traveled to six continents, she enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds.

Outside medicine, she enjoys birding, hiking, traveling, and spending time on the water.
