Tamar Shafran, MD, practices general ophthalmology and is a board-certified Cleveland pediatric ophthalmologist. Dr. Shafran moved to Cleveland to complete her training in both general and pediatric ophthalmology at Case Medical Center, University Hospitals. A graduate in History from New York University Magna Cum Laude, she received her medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a published author in medical literature with a strong background in teaching.
Dr. Shafran is married to a Cleveland pediatrician and resides in the Cleveland area with her children.
